基于三维点云的加筋圆柱壳体圆度测量及初挠度计算

Calculation method for stiffened cylindrical shell radial initial deflection based on three dimensional point cloud

  • 摘要: 加筋圆柱壳体的圆度是保证其抗压强度的重要指标之一。针对传统圆度测量中基于等分点进行激光测量的方法存在效率低、空间有限条件下操作性差等问题,提出了一种基于三维点云数据的圆度测量及初挠度计算方法。该方法通过自动扫描以获取离散的空间点云数据,然后以点云数据为基础,采用肋位特征点定位、剖面投影以及圆拟合等处理方法,对特定肋位测点的初挠度进行计算。结果表明:该方法与等分测量法获得的初挠度计算结果相吻合,可有效提高圆度测量的效率。

     

    Abstract: The roundness of the pressure hull is an important indicator for ensuring comprehensive strength. As such,a calculation method for pressure hull radial initial deflection based on the three dimensional point cloud is proposed. The method obtains the initial deflection of the given frame by feature point extraction,projected profile and circle-fitting based on the obtained spatial point cloud. It resolves the problem of the traditional initial deflection method being inefficient and unable to reflect the overall situation. The experiment shows that the results of the initial deflection obtained by the new method are the same as those of the traditional method,suggesting that it can effectively increase measuring efficiency.
