Abstract:
Finding a method of knowledge-based engineering for ship node structure design and hull structure design to improve working efficiency is a hot research issue. Based on the CATIA V6 software platform,this paper systematically describes how to build a structure database for three-dimensional design, and explains the importance of database construction to structure design. Moreover,the data allocation and composition of structure resources are analyzed,and the specific functions of the resource tables specially explained. Combined with the technology of parameterized modeling and knowledge engineering,the creation procedure of standard parts for structure design is introduced in detail. Finally,taking the typical hull structure as an example,the establishment of a large number of standard parts and structure templates are implemented in engineering application. It is concluded that the solution provides technical support and decision support for ship database construction.
