Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of induction heating forming of steel plates, the major influencing factors of steel induction heating are analyzed through orthogonal experiments and turn out to be heating rate and air gap; the relationship between the two parameters and deformation of plates is explored with the method of numerical simulation, which shows that the heat rate and air gap affect the heating depth and have a significant impact on the value of transverse shrinkage, transverse angular distortion, and vertical displacement. Finally, the regression formula is derived based on numerical samples, and the relative error between the theoretical result and the experiment value is within permissible range, which successfully validates the regression formula.
