舰船阻振质量刚性隔振特性研究

Rigid Vibration Isolation Characteristics of Ship Blocking Masses

  • 摘要: 利用波动理论的分析、处理方法,分析了阻振质量对船体结构中振动波传递的阻抑特性,讨论了阻振质量偏心布置对其隔振性能的影响。在此基础之上,突破传统柔性隔振理论的局限,开展双层壳动力舱段阻振质量刚性隔振特性研究,从阻抗失配的角度出发,初步给出了具有高传递损失特性的舱壁及出海管道系统结构形式,为船舶结构声学提供参考。研究结果表明:不同形式的阻振质量增大了船体结构的阻抗失配程度,加剧了振动波在船体结构中的波型转换、散射和反射,显著降低了动力舱段中高频带的振动和声辐射。

     

    Abstract: Based on the wave analysis theory,the blocking masses attenuating propagation effect on vi-bration wave were analyzed and the influences of eccentric location on the blocking masses isolation per-formance were discus sed.The traditional flexible vibration isolation theory is known to be limited in the research of rigid vibration isolation of double cylindrical shell power cabin with blocking masses.Our re-search was carried out on the basis of the impedance mismatching principle,and proposed a set of struc-tural configurations for the bulkhead and the sea pipe system with high transmission loss,providing refer-ence for acoustic design of typical hull structure.The results show that different forms of blocking mass aggravate the wave conversions,scattering and reflection of vibration wave in the hull plates,thus the vibration and sound radiation of double cyli ndrical shell power cabin can be significantly reduced.
