基于振动测量的加肋圆柱壳中、高频振动预报

Prediction of Vibration in Middle-High Frequency for Stiffened Shell Based on Vibration Measurement

  • 摘要: 复杂结构动态特性问题按频率大小分成低频、中频、高频,对中、高频段采用统计能量法,推导出测点子系统振动能量到壳体表面所有子系统振动能量的传递函数,进而得到壳体表面的均方振动速度级。数值计算通过壳体表面布置的有限测点振动信号作为输入,采用推导出的能量传递矩阵来预报壳体表面均方速度级。与试验结果对比表明,该预报分析方法是可行的和较准确的。

     

    Abstract: Characteristics of vibration in middle-high frequency for a ring stiffened shell by vibration measurement are predicted in this paper. In middle-high frequency, the transfer function of vibration energy from the measured points to all subsystems is deduced by the Statistical Energy Analysis. Further more, mean square velocity of the shell can be obtained. Using the vibration signal of measured points as inputs, the mean square velocity of the shell is got by the transfer function of deduced vibration energy in numerical calculation. The result shows that the prediction method in this paper is feasible and more accurate in comparison with predicted values of calculation with experimental values.
