玻璃钢浮标拖体结构强度及稳定性分析

Analysis on the Strength and Stability of GRP Towing Body of Buoy System

  • 摘要: 在Donnell理论的分析基础上,结合有限元软件分析了某型玻璃钢浮标拖体的结构强度和稳定性.首先,采用Donnell理论分析了经简化处理的拖体主体的稳定性,以此建立选择壳体参数的理论依据.接着,采用ANSYS软件对浮标拖体结构进行了一系列方案计算.综合考虑重量、强度和稳定性三个因素,分别变化了材料铺层方式、壳体厚度以及肋骨尺寸等参数,最终得到了符合设计要求的结构形式.

     

    Abstract: Donnell theory and FEA (finite element analysis) software is employed to analyze the strength and stability of GRP towing body of a buoy system. First, by adopting Donnell cylindrical shell equation and constitutive relations of laminated plate, a stability calculatig method of simple supported thin orthotropic shell under hydrostatic pressure, is obtained. With the equation, we can analyze the buckling strength of the main part of the towing body. ANSYS tool is then used, to calculate the strength and stability of the structure. In consideration of the strength, stability and weight of the body, we changed the parameters with different values with respect to material ply, thickness of the shell and size of the ribs for a rational structural design.
