  • 摘要: 【目的】复合材料凭借高比强度、高比模量及特殊的功能可设计性与集成性优势,在舰船装备领域得到广泛应用。21世纪以来,数字化与智能化技术的蓬勃发展进一步促进了舰船用复合材料的应用拓展。为了揭示复合材料在舰船应用中的演进规律,识别其在实现舰船轻量化、隐身化、智能化过程中存在的科学问题,【方法】通过融合数智技术发展历程,创新性地构建了基于历史演进和数智驱动地舰船复合材料系统分析框架。【结果】该框架系统剖析了舰船用复合材料的核心类型、性能特征、应用场景与应用发展态势,厘清了复合材料舰船应用发展的演进逻辑和驱动因素,明确了当前舰船用复合材料面临的关键科学问题和挑战。【结论】厘清的演进规律与关键科学问题,对推动复合材料技术突破、助力舰船装备升级、提升海洋装备核心竞争力具有重要指导意义。

     

    Abstract: ObjectivesComposite materials have been widely applied in the field of ship equipment due to their advantages of high specific strength, high specific modulus, as well as special functional designability and integration. Since the 21st century, the vigorous development of digital and intelligent technologies has further promoted the application expansion of composite materials for ships. In order to reveal the evolution law of composite materials in ship applications and identify the scientific problems existing in the process of realizing ship lightweight, stealth, and intelligence, Methods an innovative analysis framework of ship composite materials based on historical evolution and data-driven is constructed by integrating the development process of digital intelligence technology. Results The core types, performance characteristics, application scenarios, and development trends of ship composite materials have been systematically analyzed, clarifying the evolutionary logic and driving factors of composite material ship applications. The key scientific problems and challenges faced by current ship composite materials have also been identified. Conclusions It has important guiding significance for promoting the technological breakthrough of composite materials, assisting the upgrading of ship equipment and enhancing the core competitiveness of marine equipment.
