基于ALE方法的自升式平台抗倾覆稳性校核方法研究

  • 摘要: 【目的】随着海洋油气资源的不断开发,自升式平台因其造价低、可移动性强而被广泛应用,抗倾覆稳性作为其稳性校核重要部分,对保障平台在各类海况下的安全作业有着重要的作用。故对平台的抗倾稳性进行研究,旨在完善相关规范,提出完整的自升式平台抗倾覆稳性校核方法体系。【方法】选择以最易发生倾覆事故的具有独立桩腿的自升式平台为研究对象,基于ALE方法进行抗倾覆稳性的研究,建立土壤与桩腿的有限元模型并在桩腿顶端施加弯矩以模拟倾覆力矩,得到桩腿位移、转角与力臂铰接点随倾覆力矩的变化,进而提出平台抗倾力矩与力臂铰接点位置的仿真计算方法。【结果】分别采用该方法与规范方法对某一自升式平台的抗倾覆稳性进行分析计算,该方法计算得到的倾覆力矩可减少约10%的相对误差。【结论】结果表明本方法精度较高,可为实际工程应用提供建议。

     

    Abstract: Objectives With the continuous development of offshore oil and gas resources, jack-up platforms have been widely adopted due to their low construction cost and strong mobility. As a critical component of stability verification, anti-overturning stability plays an essential role in ensuring safe operation under various sea conditions. Therefore, studying the anti-overturning stability of platforms aims to improve relevant specifications and establish a comprehensive verification method system for the anti-overturning stability of jack-up platforms. Methods This study selects self-elevating platforms with independent legs (the most prone to overturning accidents) as the research object. Based on the Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) method, it investigates anti-overturning stability by establishing finite element models of the soil and legs, applying a bending moment at the top of the legs to simulate the overturning moment, and analyzing the variations in leg displacement, rotation angle, and hinge point of the moment arm with the overturning moment. Consequently, a simulation calculation method for the platform’s anti-overturning moment and the position of the moment arm hinge point is proposed. Results By applying this method and the code-based method to analyze the anti-overturning stability of a specific jack-up platform, it is found that the overturning moment calculated by this method reduces the relative error by approximately 10%.Conclusions The results demonstrate that this method exhibits high accuracy, providing valuable references for practical engineering applications.
