便携集成式波浪补偿装置研究综述

  • 摘要: 在海上进行吊装作业过程中,波浪补偿装置是保证作业安全以及作业窗口期的关键。本文对便携集成式波浪补偿装置进行系统性介绍,包括被动式、自适应式、主动式以及混合式波浪补偿装置,并针对其优缺点进行对比分析。对于不同补偿目标,包括张力补偿、位置补偿以及混合补偿,阐述不同场景下的补偿原理以及智能控制算法;通过对应不同补偿需求,重点介绍国际主流便携集成式波浪补偿装置产品,分析发展现状,最后总结便携集成式波浪补偿装置特点以及优势,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。本文旨在为我国科研人员研究与设计便携集成式波浪补偿装置提供参考,加快典型海工装备的国产化进程。

     

    Abstract: Heave compensation devices play a critical role in ensuring operational safety and expanding the operational window during offshore lifting operations. This paper provides a systematic overview of portable integrated heave compensation devices, including PHC, adaptive PHC, AHC, and SAHC, with a comparative analysis of their advantages and disadvantages. For various compensation objectives—such as tension compensation, position compensation, and hybrid compensation—the principles of operation and control method applicable to different scenarios are elaborated. Key international products of portable integrated heave compensation devices are introduced, focusing on their current development status to address diverse compensation needs. Finally, the paper summarizes the characteristics and advantages of these devices, highlighting their significance and exploring future research directions. This study aims to serve as a reference for researchers in China to advance the design and development of portable integrated wave compensation devices, accelerating the localization process of critical offshore engineering equipment.
