Research on Rapid Heating Deck De Icing Technology Using Electromagnetic Effects on Ships

  • 摘要: 舰船在极地地区或高纬度地区航行时,舰船甲板除冰清雪是一项必要工作。加热融冰方法具备不易伤及甲板涂料及钢铁基体、除冰彻底等优点,综合考虑能量产生原理、加热效率、温控精度、能耗高低等,电磁效应快速加热甲板除冰技术具备创新性及尖端性。经调研分析,目前全球暂无较为成熟的电磁效应快速加热装置应用于舰船甲板除冰,仅开发中的美国电斥力分离系统具备未来舰船甲板除冰应用的可能性,其基本工作原理与电磁效应快速加热技术原理近似。国内相关单位研制出一款舰船电磁效应快速加热甲板除冰装置,可适用于清除30mm厚度以内的甲板冰层,具备高效节能、精准控制、快速响应、清洁环保等优点,使我国解决极寒航区舰船甲板除冰问题的水平达到先进水平。

     

    Abstract: When ships navigate in polar or high latitude regions, de icing and snow removal from the ship deck is a necessary task. The method of heating and melting ice has the advantages of not easily damaging deck coatings and steel substrates, and thorough de icing. Taking into account the principles of energy generation, heating efficiency, temperature control accuracy, and high energy consumption, the electromagnetic effect rapid heating de icing technology for decks is innovative and cutting-edge. According to research and analysis, there is currently no mature technology solution or mature device applied to ship de icing worldwide. Only the developing electric repulsion separation system has the possibility of future ship deck de icing applications, and its basic working principle is similar to the principle of electromagnetic effect rapid heating technology. A domestic unit has developed a ship electromagnetic effect rapid heating deck de icing device, which can be used to remove deck ice layers with a thickness of less than 30mm. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, precise control, fast response, cleanliness and environmental protection, making China's level of solving the problem of ship deck de icing in extremely cold navigation areas reach an advanced level.
