二氧化硅基润湿梯度表面制备及其静润湿特性分析

Preparation and static wetting characteristic analysis of silica-based wetting gradient surface

      目的  润湿梯度表面在水面舰船防污、潜艇减阻等领域具有潜在应用价值,有待进一步研究低成本、低复杂度的制备技术。
      方法  采用气相沉积法、碱腐蚀法和两者复合法,开展二氧化硅基润湿梯度表面的制备及其静润湿特性的研究分析。
      结果  气相沉积法制备表面的最大接触角和变化范围分别为104.9°,23°左右;碱腐蚀法制备表面分别为80.2°,60° 左右;两者复合法制备表面分别为102.1°,40°左右,且气相沉积过程在表面润湿性梯度制备中起主导作用。
      结论  研究成果可为海洋装备的功能表面制备提供参考。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  The wetting gradient surface has potential application value in such fields as ship anti-fouling and submarine drag reduction, requiring further research on low-cost and low-complexity wetting gradient surface preparation technology.
      Methods  The preparation and static wetting characteristics of a silica-based wetting gradient surface are analyzed using vapor deposition, alkali corrosion and a combination of both.
      Results  The contact angle using vapor deposition reaches 104.9°, with a largest range of about 23°; that using alkali corrosion reaches 80.2°, with a largest range of about 60°; and that using both methods reaches 102.1°, with a largest range of about 40°.
      Conclusions  The results of this study can provide references for the preparation of functional surfaces for marine equipment.
