基于TRIZ理论的舰船防护舱壁结构型式生成研究

Concept configuration of hull protective bulkhead based on TRIZ theory

  • 摘要:
      目的  冲击波与弹片毁伤元是舰船防护舱壁结构设计主要考虑的因素,为研究舰船防护舱壁结构概念型式的有效生成方法,
      方法  采用系统化的创新问题解决理论(TRIZ)中的冲突分析方法,获得了舰船防护舱壁结构设计中的技术冲突表征,通过该理论给出的技术冲突解决原理,结合冲击动力学专业知识进行分析,
      结果  构建了8个防护舱壁结构概念型式,均可实现对冲击波与弹片2种毁伤元的同时防御,在此基础上探讨了舰船防护舱壁结构概念型式生成可采用的一般性原理。
      结论  研究成果可为舰船防护舱壁结构研究与设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  Explosive shock wave and fragment are main factors considered in ship protective bulkhead design. Aimed to find an effective method for generation the concept configuration of hull protective bulkhead,
      Methods  the method of conflict analysis which belongs to TRIZ theory was used to acquire the characterization of technical Contradictions inside concept generation of hull protective bulkhead configuration. By using the Solution of technical contradiction belongs to TRIZ theory and of impact dynamic knowledge,
      Results  eight hull protective bulkhead concept patterns were designed, all of which can simultaneously defense shock wave and fragment loading. Then the general construction principle which can be used in hull protective bulkhead design was discussed.
      Conclusions  The results can provide useful reference to the design and related research on hull protective bulkhead structures.
