Optimization strategy for dynamic reconfiguration of ship power system considering time-varying load characteristics

  • Objectives In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of ship power system under fault conditions, a dynamic reconfiguration optimization method of ship power system considering time-varying load characteristics is proposed.
Methods Firstly, considering the topological structure, generation capacity limit, line current, node voltage and other constraints of the ship power system, a dynamic reconfiguration optimization strategy of the ship power system is proposed to minimize the weight load cutting and voltage deviation. Then, the improved inertial particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization model. Finally, a typical ship power system example is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
Results The simulation results show that compared with the static reconstruction method, the dynamic reconstruction method can reduce the system voltage deviation by 9.94%, thus significantly improving the network power supply quality.
Conclusions The research results can provide reference for the reliability design of ship power system.
