Study of inversion method of tire impact load characteristics based on Green function

  • Objectives In order to solve the problem that the load of stiffened plate under tire impact is difficult to be measured directly, this paper identifies it by means of inversion, and studies the distribution characteristics of wheel print load. Methods In this paper, based on the dynamic response of the stiffened plate under tire impact, an effective inversion method of tire impact load was established based on Green function and generalized cross validation criterion (GCV). On this basis, the inversion problem of multi-tire impact stiffened plate is studied, and the influence of multi-source load on load inversion is analyzed. Results The impact load distribution characteristics of stiffened plate tires were identified according to the load distribution patterns of convex, saddle and concave wheel marks. The simulation results proved the effectiveness of the inversion method, and the relative error was less than 5%, which was within the allowable range. Conclusions In this paper, an inversion method of impact load distribution characteristics is proposed, which solves the problems caused by short impact load action time, limited structural dynamic response range and combined action of multi-source impact loads, and provides a new idea for the identification of wheel print loads on real ships.
