Design and research of the composite vibration damping frame of chiller based on the principle of dynamic vibration absorption and damping

  • With the continuous improvement of cruise comfort requirements,conventional vibration isolation devices are subject to more and more restrictions. In order to improve this problem, a composite vibration damping frame is designed based on the principle of dynamic vibration absorption and damping vibration suppression. The composite vibration damping frame can reduce the external vibration transmission of the unit by optimizing the configuration of vibration absorption structure and damping materials. In this paper, the dynamic characteristics and vibration absorption effect of the composite frame are analyzed. The results show that the vibration absorption structure can achieve the effect of single frequency 7dB. The composite frame can take into account the low frequency and middle frequency vibration isolation effect of the equipment, and has certain practical value for engineering applications.
