  • 【Purpose】the AIP submarine take a huge quantity liquid oxygen, Cold energy in the liquid oxygen usually don't recover;in the meantime,the way of carbon dioxide clearance in the submarine closeness space existence denounce. Aiming at two greatest pains of perplexing the AIP submarines over a long period of time, this paper put forward AIP submarine the integral whole turn of solution both liquid oxygen cold energy recalling and carbon dioxide clearing.【Method】Principleis taking liquid oxygenasa cold energy sourceto process cabin air, by the different properties of phase transition points of air components, the carbon dioxide congelation is often the first to be separated (DE sublimation)from the air.【Result】basing on analyzing an amount of data, this paper arguing that the capacity of cold energy holding in liquid oxygen storage inside the submarinedint scope basically can satisfy the needs ofcold energy quantities to freeze CO2outputting from a boat member breath to metabolize , and the implementation scheme is put forward according to three-level process division. 【Conclusion】The technical solution proposed in this paper, which can recycle and utilize 5% of low-temperature cooling capacity, conforms to the concept of comprehensive integration, energy conservation, noise reduction, and integration of overall resources. It can be used for air purification and carbon dioxide removal in enclosed spaces such as submarines, submersibles and deep-sea space stations powered by AIP systems.
