Research on multi-objective optimization of main hull subdivision based on topological geometric representation

  • Objectives In order to reduce the dependence of ship conceptual design on design experience and mother ship data, improve design efficiency and quality, a main hull subdivision intelligent optimization method is proposed. Methods Firstly, analyze the mutual influence relationships between ship cabin equipment, propose a topological representation model and automatic identification method for the influence relationships; Based on design experience and statistical rules, construct a favorable impact topology objective function and a geometric objective function for space utilization rate, and propose a probability damage constraint model according to design specifications. Then, based on the theory of Membrane computing, the multi-objective optimization solution is realized, thus forming a set of intelligent optimization methods for main hull subdivision. Results The main hull subdivision optimization design test was carried out on the research ship "Dayang". The Pareto front solution set obtained from the optimization has good diversity, and compared with the mother type subdivision scheme, the optimal subdivision scheme has a favorable impact increase of 13.7170, and the number of watertight compartments is reduced by 1 .Conclusions The test results indicate that this method has certain rationality.
