导管架平台立柱结构的抗撞性能分析

Analysis of the Anti-Collision Performance forJacket Platform Column Structures

  • 摘要: 导管架平台立柱结构被守护船撞击的事故常有发生,因此,在设计中应当考虑立柱结构的抗撞性能。NORSOK规范和API规范是世界上被广泛认可并应用的导管架立柱结构设计规范之一,但其适用性还有待深入研究。为了研究NORSOK规范和API规范中计算导管架立柱结构抗撞性能公式的适用性,以一艘守护船侧向撞击立柱结构场景为研究对象,采用数值仿真技术,分析在不同撞击点和立柱结构设计原则条件下的碰撞力—撞深曲线等性能,并与NORSOK规范和API规范公式计算结果进行比较,获得了NORSOK规范和API规范公式的适用性原则。

     

    Abstract: The column structures of jacket platforms are occasionally reported to be struck by stand-by vessels,which render the anti-collision performance of the column structure to be priority during the design process. Although the NORSOK standard and the API specifications are among the most widely recognized for the column structure design,their feasibility has not been fully approved by domestic users. To investigate the applicability of the previously mentioned specifications in the field of anti-collision,a numerical study is conducted based on the scenario that a column structure is struck by lateral impacts from a supply vessel. The simulation results reveal distinct curves regarding the collision force vs. penetration at different striking points and under different design criteria. Finally,these results are compared with those obtained with the NORSOK and API standards,which successfully validates the feasibility of the presented specifications.
