建造中的船体在船台上的应力松驰现象研究

  • 摘要: 为得到建造中的船体在船台上的船体变形数据,基于FBG技术设计了船体在船台上的蠕变和应力松驰现象的监测系统,将该系统布置在实际船体结构上,测量了在船台上受结构蠕变和结构应力松驰现象综合作用所造成的船体结构变形,分析了监测过程中造成船体结构变形的因素,指出应力松驰是主要因素。数据分析表明:利用FBG传感技术进行船体变形长期监测是可行的;船体在船台上存在结构蠕变和应力松驰现象。最后,并基于壳体理论估算了船台上的船体结构的内应力释放速率。

     

    Abstract: In order to get the deformation data of ship hull constructing in berth,FBG-based system was designed to monitor the structural creep and stress relaxation.The monitoring system was installed in an actual hull and te st conducted to analyze the factors which likely affect the hull structural deformation.Through measuring the structural deformations of hull in berth due to the combination effects of structure creep and stress relaxa tion,the major factor that is stress relaxation was verified.Data analysis also show that it is feasible and practicable to monitor the hull deformation for the long-term monitoring using FBG sensors,and validate the e xistence of the effects of structural creep and stress relaxation in the hull structure in the construction stage.In addition,the release rate of internal stress in ship hull structure was estimated based on the shell theory.
