舰船设备冲击隔离特性研究

Numerical Simulation on Shock Isolation Characteristics of Ship Equipment

  • 摘要: 随着冲击问题越来越多,冲击能量越来越大,冲击控制、冲击隔离问题也越来越引起人们的关注和重视。以某型舰用增压锅炉为计算研究对象,采用时域有限元分析方法.分别对增压锅炉有无隔振抗冲击装置时受到水下爆炸载荷冲击下的响应特性进行数值仿真研究。分析隔振装置对增压锅炉抗冲击性能的影响,旨在为舰船设备抗冲击性能设计及性能评估提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the marine supercharged boiler was researched by time-domain simulation method. With the condition of underwater explosion, the dynamic responses of marine supercharged boilers with and without impact damper were simulated and studied respectively. Then the effect of impact damper on shock resistance was studied and some rules are obtained. The resuhs show that the boiler's anti-shock performance is enhanced by the e shock isolation installation. The research aims to provide some references to the design and evaluation of ship equipment shock-resistance performance.
