船舶空调控制系统的改装

Refit of Air-conditioning Control System on a Ship

  • 摘要: 某船舶空调控制系统采用的是多片式微机控制,由于其结构复杂、控制技术落后、备件供应困难,因而需要对该空调控制系统进行功能性替换。可编程控制器(PLC)因其良好的性能和低廉的价格被广泛应用于控制系统中,故选用西门子S7-200系列作为空调控制系统的核心。改装主要从两个方面分析:一方面硬件替代必须选择市场化、国有化的产品;另一方面软件程序必须保证空调机组能安全运行并满足要求,同时能够实现故障检测与分析。经试验,改装后的系统运行良好,满足要求。

     

    Abstract: The air-conditioning system on a certain ship was controlled by a multi-piece microcomputer. Due to its complex configuration, outdated technology and inconvenient supply of spare parts, the control system should be replaced functionally. Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is widely used in control systems because of its better capabilities and lower price. Naturally Siemens S7-200 PLC was selected as the air-conditioning contr rol center. Two major factors should be considered during the refit: one was that the hardware substitute must be selected among the COTs and homemade products, the other was that the software program must ensure that t air-conditioning unit could run safely, meet the demands and has fault diagnosis and analysis. The test proves that the refitted system can run very smoothly and fully meet the demands.
