舰用冷凝器非对称布管双管板结构强度评估方法研究

Evaluation Method for Structural Strength of Asymmetric Double Tube Sheet of Marine Condenser

  • 摘要: 随着工业设备的发展,非对称布管方式的冷凝器双管板得到越来越广泛的应用,而传统的设计规范不能适用于复杂的双管板结构强度校核。采用大型通用有限元软件HyperMesh和ABAQUS建立某非对称布管双管板的有限元模型,考虑管程压力、壳程压力及其同时作用的工况,采用新的校核方式对非对称布管的双管板结构进行强度校核。结果表明,用有限元法对非对称布管的双管板结构进行强度校核是高效可行的,且对于双管板来说,采用新的校核方式比以往的校核方式更为全面、准确。

     

    Abstract: With the development of industrial equipment, double tube condenser of asymmetric shells has been widely used, and traditional design standards are not suitable for strength evaluation of such structures. In this pap er, a model of an asymmetric double tube is developed by general-purpose commercial finite element analysis software HyperMesh and ABAQUS. Considering the work condition of tube pressure, shell pressure and combination of the two, a new checking method is proposed to evaluate the strength of asymmetric double tube shells. The result shows that the proposed way is efficient and feasible with thorough understanding and improved accura cy.
