基于小波包——时间序列分析的水位调节器故障诊断方法

Study on Fault Diagnosis of Water Level Regulator Based on Wavelet Packet--time Series

  • 摘要: 利用小波包—时间序列分析方法对舰用主冷凝器水位调节系统故障进行诊断,在实验中设置4种工作状态,采集了4种状态下的流量信号。对所采集的信号进行小波包分解消噪,通过时间序列分析方法获取每种状态的特征信息,利用Euclide距离判别系统故障。实验证明该方法的正确、有效性。

     

    Abstract: This paper is to study the fault diagnosis to the water level regulator of the ship main condensers based on the analysis of wavelet packet-time series. During the process of the research experiment, four state models are set for collecting their flow signal. The signal can be decomposed and denoised by the wavelet packet, and through the time series analysis, the characteristic information is obtained and the fault can be diagnosed by the Euclide distance. The experiment indicates that this method is correct and valid.
