制动带的机械应力场分析

Analysis of Mechanical Stress Field of Brake Band

  • 摘要: 随着船舶朝大型化发展,锚机用带式制动器所承受的载荷越来越大,故研究带式制动器制动带工作时的应力情况具有重大的意义。通过MSC.Nastran平台,对带式制动器制动带在起锚工况下某一瞬时进行了线性静力分析,得出制动带的机械应力场分布,同时利用试验手段测取了制动带在此工况下部分特征点的应力值。在此基础上对制动带强度进行了校核,从而为带式制动器进一步合理改进及研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: With the development of ships in large size, the load that applied on band brakes is increasing than ever before. Therefore, research on the stress field of band brake is significant in the design of anchor systems. Based on the platform of MSC. Nastran, the linear static analysis of brake band operation at an instantaneous time is done, the distribution of mechanical stress field in brake band during weigh anchoring is discovered . At the same time, the stress values of some special points in the brake band are measured during test. Based on these results, the comprehensive analysis is carried out on the strength of brake band. Thus the conclusions can be obtained for further rational design of brake band.
