水下爆炸时加肋双层圆柱壳冲击响应的统计分析

Statistical Analysis of Double Cylinder Shell Structure on the Impulsive Responses of Underwater Explosion

  • 摘要: 主要分析水下爆炸时加肋双层圆柱壳冲击响应的变化规律。应用ABAQUS软件建立加肋双层圆柱壳有限元分析模型结构,并模拟水下爆炸冲击环境,通过MATLAB/SIMULINK软件对各节点的加速度时历响应值采用冲击谱的方法进行计算,将得到的谱速度值进行统计分析。分析表明,冲击因子能够较为可靠地描述结构冲击环境的强弱程度,但具有一定的局限性。另外,对于所采用的加肋双层圆柱壳模型,在1~500Hz频率范围内,无量纲爆距x>1.5,等冲击因子C条件下,加肋双层圆柱壳的冲击谱响响应环境是等效的。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the regulation of the impulsive responses on double cylinder shell structure is analyzed with the application of average spectrum velocity. The average spectrum velocity can well describe the environmental energy of the impulsive responses. The software of ABAQUS is employed to establish a double cylinder shell structure model and simulate the environment of underwater explosion. Using software MATLAB/SIMULINK, the acceleration of each node is computed with the method of shock spectrum, and the spectrum velocity is analyzed with statistical method. It shows that impulsive factor can describe the strong or weak degree of the impulsive environment but it also has some limitation. Moreover, when the double cylinder shell structure model applied in this paper with the range of frequency 1 500 Hz, dimensionless explosion distance x > 1.5 as well as the same impulsive factor C , the impulsive environment of double cylinder shell structure is equivalent.
