复合材料夹层板水下透声性能分析

Analysis on underwater sound transmission properties of composite sandwich plates

  • 摘要:
      目的  结合导流罩结构性能与声学性能设计矛盾的工程背景,
      方法  对复合材料夹层板水下透声性能研究进行分析,并基于波传递理论推导出夹层结构透声性能计算公式。通过计算复合材料夹层平板透声性能算例,证明该方法与实验结果的一致性。
      结果  结果显示:透声系数随频率的变化整体呈周期性,厚度会改变整体透声性能的周期变化规律;在夹层结构总厚度不变的情况下,改变夹层结构各层的比例对透声系数影响较小;在中间层不变的情况下,上、下表层的材料铺层顺序并不影响透声性能。
      结论  所做工作对夹层结构设计具有一定的工程意义。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  Based on the engineering background of the baffle about structural performance is in consistent with acoustic performance design,
      Methods  the study on the underwater sound transmission properties of the composite sandwich plate was analyzed, and the calculation formula of the sound transmission performance of the sandwich structure was deduced based on the wave transmission theory in this paper. An example of calculating the sound transmission properties of composite sandwich plates showed that the method was consistent with the experimental results.
      Results  The results show that, the overall sound transmission coefficient varies periodically with the change of frequency, and the thickness will change the periodic change rule of the overall sound transmission performance; When the total thickness of the sandwich structure remains unchanged, changes in the proportion of each ply of the sandwich structure has little impact on the transmission coefficient; under the condition that the middle ply remains the same, the stacking sequence of the upper and lower plies does not affect the sound transmission properties.
      Conclusions  The above work has realized the calculation of the sound transmission of sandwich structures, and analyzed the influence of structural parameters on the sound transmission of sandwich structures, which has certain engineering significance for the design of sandwich structure.
