基于STM32+W5500的双环网磁场数据采集技术

Magnetic field data acquisition technology of dual-ring network based on STM32+W5500

  • 摘要:
      目的  为了实时获取某舰船外部环境中不同方向的多个磁场信号,用于制定舰船消磁的合适方案及为舰船实现磁隐身提供数据基础,构建一种分布式双环网数据采集系统。
      方法  该系统基于ARM嵌入式架构,将STM32F4系列芯片作为微控制器,实时获取现场128个通道的磁场数据,借助以太网通信技术将数据传送至集控中心/上位机。
      结果  该系统能够按照既定的处理策略,对舰船各个不同部位的磁场数据进行预处理,然后通过光纤双环网传送到集控中心/上位机供后续处理。
      结论  现场运行测试表明,该数据采集系统能够可靠、准确、实时获取现场的多通道、大数据,具有推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  In order to obtain multiple magnetical signature in different directions of a ship's external environment in realtime so as to make a appropriate degaussing scheme and provide data base for ship to realize magnetic stealth smoothly, a distributed acquisition system of dual-ring network is constructed.
      Methods  The system is based on ARM(Advanced RISC Machine)embeded architecture with STM32F4 series chips as the microcontroller, which can obtain realtime magnetic data of 128 channels in the field and transmit them to the centralized control center/host computer by virtue of Ethernet communication technology.
      Results  The system can pre-process the magnetic field data of different parts of the ship and transmit them to the centralized control center/host computer through optical fiber dual-ring network for subsequent processing.
      Conclusions  The field operation tests show that the data acquisition system can reliably and accurately acquire multi-channel and big data in real time and has the value of extended application.
