显控台气弹簧支撑结构的力学分析

  • 摘要:
      目的  军用显控台气弹簧支撑结构能有效保证操控单元在气弹簧和滑轨的作用下自动翻转。为了使气弹簧能够提供有效的支撑力,为装配工人调节气弹簧支撑力大小提供依据,降低气弹簧报废率,
      方法  根据军用显控台的结构,以气弹簧支撑结构的二维力学模型为基础,建立气弹簧支撑结构的二维平面静力学方程。通过求解不同状态下的力学方程,提出气弹簧支撑结构支撑力的计算方法,并通过实际应用,对气弹簧支撑结构支撑力的计算方法进行验证。
      结果  验证结果显示,采用所提气弹簧支撑结构支撑力的计算方法计算的结果与实际经验得到的结果一致。
      结论  此气弹簧支撑结构支撑力的计算方法能为装配工人调节气弹簧支撑力大小提供依据。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  The gas spring support structure of the military display and control console can effectively guarantee the automatic turning of the control unit under the action of the gas spring and slide rail. In order to enable the gas spring to provide effective support force, provide a basis for the assembly workers to adjust the support force of the gas spring, and reduce the scrap rate of the gas spring,
      Methods  the two-dimensional statics equation of the gas spring support structure was established based on the structure of the military console and the two-dimensional mechanical model of the gas spring support structure. By solving the equations in different states, the method of the support force of the gas spring support structure was proposed. Through practical application, the calculation method of the support force of the gas spring support structure was verified.
      Results  The verification results show that the results obtained by the calculation method of the support force of the gas spring support structure are consistent with those from practical experience.
      Conclusions  The calculation method of the support force of the gas spring support structure can be used as a basis for assembly workers to adjust the support force of the gas spring.
