Radiated Sound Power Sensitivity Analysis Based on Statistical Energy Analysis Model

  • By applying the Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) model, the radiated sound power sensitivity expression of panel was derived, the relationship between design parameters and panel radiated noise power level were es tablished, and the effects of structural internal loss factor and coupling loss factor on radiated noise of panel were analyzed. The results show that proper increase of the internal loss factor of the source subsystem can reduce the radiated noise of the source subsystem itself. This paper finds out that the optimization of damping selection is between 0.5% and 2% and thus provides a research approach for low noise design.
