Research on the Loading Mode of Surface Ship under Wave Load Condition

  • On based the bending theory of beam, maximal stress of the ship's most dangerous section is obtained. In this article, all the applied forces are transformed into nodal forces on the hull structure using ABAQUS. The result indicates that the more the position for analysis is far from the neutral axis on the section of ship, the more stress can be generated, and in which is the most dangerous and also should be checked. The error of calculation result obtained by FEM is slight when compared with reference value. On all accounts, the calculation method in this article can meet the requirement of engineering if the boundary conditions are reasonable.
