  •   Objectives  Integrate the design concept of information technology and intelligent technology, and carry out the design and research of ship intelligent spare parts information management system, mine the internal value of data, so as to improve the maintenance and support ability.. Based on this, the design method is proposed.   Methods  First of all, the goal of "automatic perception of spare parts quantity, automatic data recording and automatic data analysis" is determined and the overall system architecture design is discussed. Around this design goal, the design idea of intelligent spare parts box is discussed, and the hardware structure design scheme and information processing logic design are analyzed. Through the design of coding rules, automatic identification process for door opening and closing status of spare parts box and storage status of spare parts to realize the perception of the spare parts change and make the data recording automatically. Then the composition design of software function modules is discussed. Focusing on the comprehensive application and auxiliary analysis of data, the design of Apriori-MOD data association algorithm and data processing steps are analyzed.   Results  Based on the above ideas, the design of overall system framework, information flow and Apriori-MOD data association algorithm are completed. The system design method proposed in this paper integrates the information technology, network technology, sensor technology and intelligent algorithm, which greatly improve the crew's work efficiency,   Conclusions  The research lays a foundation for promoting the information management of spare parts towards the era of information and intelligence.
