Database construction method of hull structure based on CATIA V6

  • 摘要: 为提高船舶的研制效率,将知识工程应用于船舶节点构件和结构设计过程中是当前工程应用的热点。基于CATIA V6软件平台,探讨三维设计中船舶结构建库流程和建库对结构设计的重要性,系统分析结构资源数据配置内容和组成,重点说明资源表的具体功能。结合参数化建模和知识工程技术,详细分析结构标准件创建步骤和设计要点。以典型船舶产品的几何结构为基础,建立完整的结构标准件和结构件模板,并实现了工程应用,为船舶结构建库提供了技术支撑和决策支持。

     

    Abstract: Finding a method of knowledge-based engineering for ship node structure design and hull structure design to improve working efficiency is a hot research issue. Based on the CATIA V6 software platform,this paper systematically describes how to build a structure database for three-dimensional design, and explains the importance of database construction to structure design. Moreover,the data allocation and composition of structure resources are analyzed,and the specific functions of the resource tables specially explained. Combined with the technology of parameterized modeling and knowledge engineering,the creation procedure of standard parts for structure design is introduced in detail. Finally,taking the typical hull structure as an example,the establishment of a large number of standard parts and structure templates are implemented in engineering application. It is concluded that the solution provides technical support and decision support for ship database construction.
