某型船用蒸汽动力装置加装除盐装置的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis of Adding a Demineralizing Equipment in a Marine Steam Power Plant

  • 摘要: 针对某型船用蒸汽动力装置盐度过高的现状,分析影响其水质的主要因素,并据此提出在其冷凝器后和造水机后加装除盐装置的新构想。通过分析得出在造水机后加装除盐装置方便可行,并依此设计1台除盐装置。设计计算表明,加装除盐装置能使日用水柜水质提高近50倍,冷凝器后凝水总含盐量下降22%,基本上解决盐度过高的问题。

     

    Abstract: Aimed at the condition that its boiler water salinity is too high in a marine steam power plant, the major factors are analyzed in this paper, and the new design method, adding a demineralizing equipment behind the condenser or the water purification unit, is proposed. According to the analysis, the method of adding a demineralizing equipment behind the water purification unit is feasible, and a new demineralizing equipment is designed. Designing and calculation results show that the water quality in daily water tank improves about 50 times and the water salinity behind the condenser reduces 22 percent. The problem that the boiler water salinity is too high is'resolved.
