Study on preparation and electromagnetic shielding properties of silver coated ferrosilicochrome powder

摘要: [目的]针对海洋环境下电子设备的电磁屏蔽需求,开展高性能电磁屏蔽材料制备及性能研究。[方法]通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、四探针和振动样品磁强计对原始FeSiCr粉及包覆改性后的FeSiCr@Ag的表面形貌、物相组成、电导率和铁磁性能进行分析,采用矢量网络分析仪对样品的S参数进行测试。借助盐雾试验箱模拟涂层在海洋环境中工作的腐蚀行为并对其宏观和微观形貌进行观察,同时使用电化学工作站监测涂层在质量分数为3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为并对其腐蚀机理进行研究。[结果]结果表明:随着反应过程中AgNO3添加量的提高,镀银层致密完整。化学镀银后其电导率可达586.79 S/cm,X波段屏蔽效率高达80 dB。在湿热、高盐雾环境加速腐蚀96 h后,FeSiCr@Ag制备的树脂涂层表面无锈蚀现象。化学镀银前后涂层的自腐蚀电位分别为-0.4、-0.09 V,表明镀覆银层后腐蚀介质渗入涂层速率减慢,实现良好的缓蚀效果。[结论]包覆改性后的镀银铁硅铬材料具有高效电磁屏蔽性能及良好的耐腐蚀性。Abstract: [Objectives] To study the preparation and performance of high-performance electromagnetic shielding materials for electronic equipment in marine environment. [Methods] The surface morphology, phase composition, electrical conductivity and ferromagnetic properties of the original FeSiCr powder and coated FeSiCr@Ag were analyzed by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, four probe and vibrating sample magnetometer and the vector network analyzer was used to test the S parameter of the sample. The salt spray test chamber was used to simulate the corrosion behavior of the coating working in the marine environment and observe its macro and micro morphology. Meanwhile, the electrochemical workstation was used to monitor the corrosion behavior of the coating in the mass fraction of 3.5%NaCl solution and study its corrosion mechanism. [Results] The results showed that the silver plating layer was compact and complete with the increase of AgNO3 addition. After electroless silver plating, the conductivity can reach 586.79S /cm, and the X-band shielding efficiency is up to 80 dB. After 96 h of accelerated corrosion in humid heat and high salt spray environment, the surface of the resin coating prepared by FeSiCr@Ag has no corrosion phenomenon. The self-corrosion potential of the coating before and after electroless silver plating is -0.4 V and -0.09V respectively, indicating that the penetration rate of the corrosive medium into the coating slows down after silver plating, and good corrosion inhibition effect is achieved. [Conclusions] The modified silver-coated ferrosilicon chromium material has high efficiency electromagnetic shielding performance and good corrosion resistance.
