Analysis of Flow Field Characteristics in the Upper Open Area of Luxury Cruise Lines

摘要: 【目的】豪华邮轮上层建筑开敞区域具有复杂的空间布置和外观造型,精确模拟开敞区域的风荷载与流场特征对指导邮轮设计至关重要。【方法】采用雷诺时均方法中的realizable k-ε湍流模型和类子结构法模拟思路对邮轮整船及上层建筑开敞区域的流场特性进行了数值模拟,并开展风洞实验进行验证。【结果】研究揭示了不同风向角下邮轮的流场特性,上层建筑开敞区域的外型、空间布置对邮轮的流场特性有重要影响,研究表明本文提出的类子结构法模拟思路可以精确模拟局部区域的流场特性。【结论】在对邮轮进行设计时,应使上层建筑整体造型呈流线型,且开敞区域相邻结构之间高度差和间距不宜过大。研究对邮轮设计具有指导作用。Abstract: [Objectives]The open area of luxury cruise superstructure has complex spatial layout and appearance modeling, and accurate simulation of wind load and flow field characteristics in the open area is crucial to guide cruise design. [Methods] Adopt realizable k-ε turbulence model in Reynolds time average method and substructure like method were used to simulate the flow field characteristics of the whole cruise ship and the open area of the superstructure, and wind tunnel experiments were carried out to verify them. [Results]The results show that the substructure like method proposed in this paper can accurately pre simulate the flow field characteristics in local areas. The appearance, spatial layout and wind direction angle of the open area of the superstructure have an important impact on the flow field characteristics of the cruise ship. Large area negative pressure and air flow separation are very easy to occur in the bow and stern of the cruise ship and the open area of the superstructure. [Conclusions]When designing the cruise ship, the overall shape of the superstructure should be streamlined, and the height drop and spacing between adjacent structures in the open area should not be too large. The research has a guiding role in cruise ship design.
