Experimental research on ship structure collision and simplified numerical calculation method

摘要: 【目的】在船舶碰撞过程中,为了探究周围水域对其的影响,采用流固耦合计算方法能够较好模拟船舶碰撞过程,但是计算时间较长,而针对附加质量方法的研究以经验公式为主,试验研究较少。【方法】以某船局部舱段为对象,开展了多工况水上碰撞试验,采用力传感器和基于高速摄影技术非接触测量的方法获得到碰撞力和碰撞船运动时程数据,通过对碰撞接触力和加速度响应等数据进行分析,并针对试验过程开展ALE流固耦合数值计算分析,提出了将碰撞过程中水域对撞击船的影响简化为“等效质量”、对被撞船的影响简化为“等效阻力”,以面力的形式作用于被撞船非撞击侧以阻碍被撞船运动的简化方法,基于此简化方法开展了不涉及水域与结构耦合过程的数值计算。【结果】采用简化计算方法得到各工况的碰撞力峰值与试验值的误差均在5%以内,且该方法所需要的计算时长远小于ALE流固耦合算法。【结论】简化数值计算方法可为实现船舶结构碰撞响应高效计算提供一定的参考。Abstract: [Objectives] In order to investigate the influence of the surrounding water on the process of ship collision, the fluid structure coupling method can better simulate the ship collision process, but the calculation time is long, and the research on the additional mass method is mainly based on empirical formulas, with less experimental research. [Methods] Experimental tests of partial cabin structure impacting by a model ship were performed. The force sensor and the non-contact measurement method based on high-speed photography technology were employed to obtain the impact force and the time history data of the whole collision process. By analyzing the recorded data in detail, the change of the impact force in the collision process was explored and discussed. And the numerical calculations were further performed to simulate the collision process of the tests. A simplified method was proposed to consider the influence of the surrounding water on the collision ship as the "equivalent mass", and treat the influence of the surrounding water on the collided ship as the "equivalent resistance" in the process of collision. Based on this simplified method, numerical calculations that do not involve the coupling process of water and structure are carried out. [Results] The error between the peak value of impact force and the test value is within 5% by using the simplified calculation method, and the calculation time required by this method is less than ALE fluid structure coupling algorithm. [Conclusions] The simplified numerical calculation method can provide some reference for efficient calculation of ship structure collision response.
